Soho House London is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a floor team and uphold our elevated service standards. You will ensure a welcoming, guest-focused atmosphere for members and staff, from initial greeting to bill payment, delivering consistent, outstanding experiences.

We’re looking for at least 2 years in a similar role, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a hospitable, team-oriented mindset. Ongoing training and shift coordination are key parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems calmly under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards by developing and refining systems that enhance the experience for members, guests, and staff.
• Lead engaging training sessions on food and drink programs through storytelling, demos, and initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure every guest interaction is seamless and aligned with brand expectations.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new team members to build a confident, guest-focused floor team.
• Create efficient staff rotas, manage labour costs, and reduce overtime to maintain operational excellence.
• Uphold standards of appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism across the team.
