Puttshack is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the F&B operations, driving revenue, service, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic, tech-infused venue. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee rostering, training, and day-to-day leadership of the team while upholding Puttshack’s values of excellence and care.

Qualifikationen

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a managerial position.
• Flexibility to work week days / weekends / opening/closing on a rota basis.

Aufgaben

• Manage the operation of the department with passion, integrity and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Puttshack.
• Assist in achieving sales and profit targets; guide and motivate the department team to maximise sales and control costs.
• Be responsible for accurate rota planning based on forecast sales and wage budget; adjust hours based on sales.
• Identify and delegate responsibilities to associates to ensure excellent service.
• Be fully conversant with every menu item and maintain standards of food & drink quality.
• Organise opening/closing procedures in line with policy and timelines.
• Maintain communication between departments on a daily basis.
• Support recruitment and training of team members to realise potential.
• Follow stock control procedures and ensure correct purchasing; manage stock quality and levels.
• Observe rules and procedures and carry out reasonable requests from management.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
• Have good working relationships with colleagues and guests.
