Puttshack in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in running the venue. You will be a key liaison between restaurant, kitchen, guests and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

With 45-hour work weeks, you will lead service excellence, drive performance, train and develop the team, manage stock, and uphold safety and brand standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager in high volume F&B.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with the GM and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Inspire and manage the team to deliver excellent service and standards.
• Support recruitment, training and development of staff.
