Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as Floor Manager or Assistant Manager in a high quality and fast paced London restaurant.
• Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Positively lead our teams and support them through regular training.
• Communicate effectively and clearly at all times.
• Be the face of a group known for its warm welcome and guest care.
• Managing and exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong command of English language.
• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens.
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues.
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered.
• Interest and love for Spanish food and culture.
• Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
