Job summary

El Pastor is seeking a Floor Manager for our London Bridge location. You will lead the floor team, uphold brand standards, and ensure guests receive warm, high-quality service in a fast-paced Mexican taqueria environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience cashing up and end of day reporting.
• Be the face of the brand with a warm welcome and guest care.

El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city's best taco al pastor.

The Floor Manager Role
