El Pastor is seeking a Floor Manager in London to lead the daily floor operations at London Bridge. You will train team members, manage cashing up, and ensure exceptional guest experiences with our authentic Mexican offerings. This role requires strong English communication and a passion for hospitality.

Formación

• 1 year experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English language.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily floor operations and support the team.
• Train and develop new team members.
• Cash up and end-of-day reporting.
• Exceed guest expectations and ensure quality food and drink is delivered.
• Be the face of the brand with a warm welcome and guest care.
• Lead briefings and ensure safe opening/closing of the restaurant.

El Pastor is a small group of Mexican taquerias in London, inspired by the decade the founders spent in Mexico City, running a cult nightclub and searching for the city’s best taco al pastor.
