Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is hiring a Floor Manager for our New Rayleigh store. This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings, and weekends to lead a dynamic shop floor and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive performance, support your team, and ensure high merchandising and store standards while focusing on sales KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
