Job summary

B&M Retail in Southend-on-Sea is hiring a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor, drive sales and motivate a busy team. This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends to ensure excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will own the shop floor, maintain high merchandising standards and actively coach staff to achieve targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You'll take ownership of the shop floor, driving performance, supporting your team, and delivering a great customer experience every day.

It's a permanent, full-time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.
