Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Scarborough is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the busy Westborough store, drive performance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends as part of the store management team, with hands-on leadership and delivery of KPIs.

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach and inspire others.
• Pride in maintaining high store and merchandising standards.
