Job summary

B&M are hiring a Floor Manager for Coulby Newham store to lead the shop floor, drive performance and deliver a great customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends as part of the store management team, with hands-on leadership and a focus on coaching, standards and KPIs.

• A natural ability to motivate, coach and inspire others.
