Hickory's Smokehouse in Chester is seeking an Assistant General Manager to inspire a guest‑led team and uphold our culture of standards while delivering an authentic Southern BBQ experience in one of the town’s busiest restaurants.

Working with the General Manager, you will lead a team of 80+ staff, drive training, and champion excellent service with a focus on work‑life balance as we expand. The role offers a generous package of up to £47,000 per year including the Tip Jar.
