Job summary

B&M Retail in Acton is seeking a Floor Manager to run the shop floor in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on leadership role requires steering daily operations, motivating the team and delivering strong customer service.

As part of the store management team, you’ll work across days, evenings and weekends in a permanent, full-time position. You’ll drive performance, coach colleagues and ensure high merchandising standards to exceed KPIs.
