Job summary

JD Sports Fashion in Leicester seeks a proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily shop-floor operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and develop a confident, motivated team.

You will drive customer service excellence, manage opening and closing procedures, merchandising, and stock replenishment, ensuring JD’s standards and brand presentation are upheld. Previous supervisory retail experience and strong communication are essential for success.

Role Overview

As a Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering the JD experience, supporting the smooth running of the shop floor and ensuring every customer walks away feeling valued. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and help develop a confident, motivated team. You’ll bring energy, organisation, and a passion for great service, making sure the store looks sharp, runs efficiently, and reflects the standards JD is known for. Key Responsibilities
