TCAP in London is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead a high-volume, premium British restaurant serving over 300 covers daily. You will oversee a large team and uphold exceptional service standards.

The role offers a salary of £42,500–£48,000 per year, a 48-hour contract, full-time schedule including breakfast, lunch and dinner, and structured training with a supportive management team.

Salary: £42,500 + generous tronc share (around £4-£6 per year). . 48 hours contract . . Schedule: Full-time | Open 7 days (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner; Sunday Lunch & Dinner only). .
