Job summary

I'm working with a fantastic fine dining restaurant in London that is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house team.I'm looking for someone polished, warm and confident on the floor, who can deliver a brilliant guest experience while keeping the operation running smoothly.

THE ROLE

• You'll take the lead during service, setting the standard for the team and making sure every guest is looked after.
• You'll recruit, train and develop the front of house team, building a strong culture and maintaining consistently high standards.
• Working closely with the General Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation, manage costs and support the restaurant's commercial performance.

• Restaurant management experience within fine dining
• A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor
