Job summary

Four Seasons in London’s Mayfair is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a luxury boutique team, drive sales, and maintain impeccable store standards. You will conduct briefings, supervise client reception, and ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s heritage and policy.

  • Excellent customer service and sales leadership in a high-end boutique.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales objectives in strict compliance with the brands procedures and commercial policy.
  • Organise the client reception and actively participate in the sale.
  • Conduct morning briefings with the Boutique Manager.
  • Ensure that the boutique is well maintained (storage, presentation, cleanliness and comfort: music volume, temperature, etc.).
  • Relay the action plans defined by the Boutique Manager and brands strategy to the sales team.
  • Guarantee an irreproachable attitude and grooming of the team.
  • Support sales assistant’s integration and skills development.
  • Monitor schedules (including break schedules) and alert management based on daily and seasonal business fluctuations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Regularly report on traffic and customer typology to adapt schedules to the floor activity.
  • Make the openings and closures of the boutique.

We are exclusively partnering a fabulous leather goods and accessories brand on finding a Floor Manager to join their store located on a beautiful Street in Mayfair.

Largely renowned for their timeless accessories collections and an impressive, established brand heritage, this distinguished company pride themselves on a solid reputation, top quality products, and providing impeccable service.

As an ideal candidate, you will be used to managing a large team and turnover store and able to deliver at a busy pace in a luxury environment.

Job responsibilities:

In return my client will pay a basic salary of up to £45,000
