Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead in the UK to drive outstanding customer service and lead a high-performing store team. You will uphold Mejuri’s service standards, coach staff, and ensure daily operations run smoothly on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes leadership, KPI attainment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging in-store experiences and impeccable brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Able to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling to enhance customer experience.
• Drive KPI results and team engagement across the floor.
• Support inventory counts, back-of-house operations and packaging standards.
• Maintain Mejuri visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Onboard and develop store team members and renew training needs.
