Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead in the UK to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a high-performing team on the sales floor. You will mentor staff, uphold Mejuri’s service standards, and ensure flawless daily operations across inventory, merchandising and back-of-house processes.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, an adaptable mindset, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as per store needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching the team to meet KPIs.
• Drive customer experience and promote services such as piercing/engraving.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth back-of-house workflows.
• Support inventory, order fulfilment, and merchandising standards.
• Mentor and onboard new staff and maintain positive team morale.
