Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team in London. You will uphold exceptional customer service standards, lead the sales floor, and ensure smooth daily operations while living Mejuri’s values.

You’ll motivate the team, coach colleagues, manage in-store services such as piercing and engraving where offered, and help drive KPIs while delivering an engaging and stylish shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking; identify potential challenges and action plans.
• Physical requirements: stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Mejuri's customer service standards on the sales floor.
• Drive KPIs and mentor team toward high performance.
• Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and back-of-house flow.
• Ensure brand standards in visual presentation and merchandising.
• Onboard new hires and engage store staff.
