Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a part-time Floor Lead in London to drive exceptional customer service and daily store operations. The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and upholding Mejuri’s standards on the sales floor.

The candidate should have retail leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Base pay is £15-£16 per hour, with a focus on delivering premium customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and validate the in-store customer experience and trainer teammates on Mejuri’s steps of selling.
• Drive KPI performance and team engagement to maximize sales and service levels.
• Promote services such as piercing, engraving, and other offerings to enhance customer value.
• Participate in inventory, cycle counts, and ensure proper technology at the store floor and back of house.
• Support order fulfillment, packaging, and efficient back-of-house flow for sales.
• Maintain Mejuri’s visual and brand standards across merchandising, cleanliness and display integrity.
• Coach team on visual standards and effective display setup.
• Flag inefficiencies and escalate issues with cross-functional teams as needed.
