Mejuri in the UK is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑volume retail location with a strong service and sales focus. You will drive revenue, coach a team, and ensure operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, and guest experience.

Reporting to the Multi Site Leader, you will set the standard for Mejuri’s brand, grow the business locally, and create an engaging, inclusive environment that motivates staff to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume retail environment.
• Understanding of local market and requirements relevant to new store openings.
• Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver Mejuri’s service model and drive KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and store operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and schedule store team; maintain staff engagement.
