Mejuri Floor Lead position across our London stores focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while guiding a dynamic team on sales, service, and operations. You will drive store KPIs and ensure flawless execution of daily routines, from inventory to merchandising, with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires energy, adaptability, and a passion for Mejuri’s luxury yet accessible jewelry.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Mejuri’s steps of selling; train and set expectations for the team.
• Drive KPIs by boosting individual and team performance and engagement.
• Promote services such as piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
• Contribute to inventory management, back-of-house flow, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain Mejuri brand visuals, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
