Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Floor Layer for a social housing contract in Skelmersdale and surrounding areas. The role covers installs, repairs and maintenance of domestic floor coverings in occupied homes and vacant void properties, operating on a CIS pay basis (£23.63 per hour).

You’ll have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Floor Covering, Blue CSCS card, UK driving license and experience working on domestic properties.

Our client is looking for a Floor layer to join their team working on a social housing contract in Skelmersdale and surrounding areas. The successful Floor layer will carry out installs, repairs, and maintenance on domestic floor coverings across occupied tenant homes and vacant void properties.

Pay rate - £23.63PH CIS
The role comes with a company van and fuel card.
