You will work independently on a range of flooring tasks, including vinyl, LVT, laminate and carpet, with the use of a PDA to receive jobs and record progress.

Contract: Temp to Permanent
Rate: £20.50 per hour CIS

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join a housing maintenance team covering Ealing and surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Floor Layer looking for long-term, stable work with the opportunity to move into a permanent position. You will be carrying out flooring repairs, replacements and general maintenance across domestic and social housing properties, working in both occupied and void properties.
The successful candidate will be confident completing a range of flooring works, with the ability to work independently while providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents.
As a Floor Layer, you will be responsible for attending properties to complete a variety of responsive flooring repairs, maintenance and installation works.

You will be expected to communicate clearly with tenants, explain works where required, protect residents' belongings and leave properties clean and tidy once works are completed.
We are looking for an experienced Floor Layer with a strong background in domestic flooring and property maintenance.
Previous experience working within social housing, housing associations, council properties, MOD properties or domestic maintenance would be highly advantageous.
The role is based in Ealing, covering domestic and social housing properties across the surrounding area.
