Job Title: Floor Layer
Job Type: Ongoing Contract, Full-Time

Location: Ealing
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Salary: £20.00 per hour

We are working with a well-established social housing contractor that delivers high-quality reactive repairs and maintenance services on behalf of a local housing authority in Ealing. As part of their continued commitment to service excellence, they are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Floor Layer to join their dedicated property services team.

Responsibilities:

• Fitting all types of flooring including laminate, poly-safe, altro, and cap and cove in both occupied and void properties.
• Using a PDA to receive job instructions and electronically log work progress, materials, and any additional feedback.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Floor Covering (essential)
• Basic Criminal Record Check
• Asbestos Awareness (UKATA or ITAP)
