Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Commercial Floor Layer to join a leading commercial maintenance contractor. The role covers flooring installations and maintenance across a range of commercial properties.

You will install vinyl, safety flooring, carpet tiles and other coverings, prepare subfloors, and ensure work meets high standards with strong attention to health and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial flooring installation.
• Competent in subfloor preparation and a range of flooring finishes.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship.
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused approach.
