Job summary

RecruitEasy Limited is seeking an experienced Floor Layer to work for our client based in Newton Abbot, Devon. The role offers an ongoing contract with an immediate start.

You will lay commercial flooring, prepare subfloors, measure and fit flooring, and maintain site safety. CSCS not essential; reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer or Flooring Installer.
• Ability to work independently and produce quality workmanship.
• Good knowledge of flooring installation techniques and materials.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Laying commercial flooring to a high standard.
• Floor preparation including smoothing, levelling and subfloor preparation.
• Measuring, cutting and fitting flooring to a high standard.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to client specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
