Job summary

Cheval Collection Ltd. is seeking a Floor Housekeeper to join the Housekeeping team at Cheval Gloucester Park.

You will supervise room attendants, check cleanliness levels, and help train new staff to uphold our luxury standards.

In a guest‑centric, five‑star environment you’ll respond to enquiries and support the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. A positive attitude, eye for detail and strong communication are essential, with service charge and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a 5 star or luxury environment.
• Ability to prioritise workload of self and others.
• Experience in maintaining high levels of cleanliness.
• Good eye for detail and noticing small important things.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Check standard of cleanliness throughout the residence.
• Supervise room attendants as they complete their lists.

Cheval Collection are currently recruiting a Floor Housekeeper to join the Housekeeping team of our luxury serviced apartments at Cheval Gloucester Park.

As a Floor Housekeeper some of your duties will include; checking the standard of cleanliness throughout the residence and supervising the room attendants as they complete their allocated lists (of apartments) offering support and help where needed. You will also be required to train new team members, deal with any housekeeping enquires or special requirements and work as a team to ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.

• Have supervisory experience in a 5 star or luxury environment
• Have the ability to prioritise workload of self and others
• Have experience in maintaining high levels of cleanliness
• Take pride in what you do
• Have a good eye for detail/if you are good at noticing small but important things
• Have good communication skills
• Have a positive attitude in everything you do
