Job summary

The London Fields in Hackney is seeking a talented Supervisor with experience in premium food and bar settings to lead and motivate the bar team on shift, work with the kitchen, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role is based at our three-floor Victorian pub on Mare Street, a vibrant venue for events and nightly service.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, train staff, handle guest queries promptly, and help promote private hires and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team on shift and maintain service standards.
• Strong product knowledge of food and beverages to recommend with confidence.
• Willingness to train and develop junior staff.
• Excellent communication to liaise with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise bar team on shift to meet service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth orders and guest experience.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching for junior team members.
