Applethwaite Homes, part of the Eric Wright Group, is recruiting an experienced Floating Sales Executive to support our developments in Manchester. In this fast-paced role you’ll help the sales team deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining presentation, administration and sales support to a high standard.

You’ll tour properties, handle enquiries, reservations and CRM records, build relationships with buyers, coordinate with marketing and other teams, and travel as required to

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in new homes or estate agency.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong administrative skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and viewings, showcasing features of homes.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from enquiry to handover.
• Manage customer enquiries, reservations and sales administration.
