Job summary

Applethwaite Homes, part of the Eric Wright Group, is recruiting an experienced Floating Sales Executive to support our developments in Manchester. In this fast-paced role you’ll help the sales team deliver outstanding customer experiences while maintaining presentation, administration and sales support to a high standard.

You’ll tour properties, handle enquiries, reservations and CRM records, build relationships with buyers, coordinate with marketing and other teams, and travel as required to

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably in new homes or estate agency.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong administrative skills and accurate record-keeping.
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Floating Sales Executive to join the existing sales team. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll support the sales team across all Applethwaite Homes developments, ensuring the consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, administration and sales support. What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct development tours and property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of our homes.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to home handover.
  • Support sales performance by managing customer enquiries, reservations and sales administration.
  • Maintain accurate records and customer communications through our CRM system.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Keep sales offices, show homes and development areas presented to the highest standard.
  • Support marketing activities, including local promotions and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor sales activity and performance data, providing updates and reports when required.
  • Work collaboratively with construction, customer care and head office teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide cover across developments and travel as required to support operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and customer service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
What You’ll Bring:
  • A proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in customer-facing sales role, preferably within the new homes industry or Estate Agency.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience managing records and customer information accurately.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of the home-buying journey, including reservations, mortgages, conveyancing and legal completion.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practice, including the Consumer Code and NHQB requirements.
  • Awareness of the local property market and competitor activity.
  • Understanding of health and safety requirements within a construction environment.
  • A proactive, flexible approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
