Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment Ltd is seeking a detail-focused Flights Executive in North London to support the flight operations team with flight reservations, ticketing, reissues and refunds using Amadeus.

The role requires strong knowledge of flight fares, airline interactions, and Excel-based processes in a busy travel environment. A 10% annual bonus is on offer along with a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in flight reservations, ticketing and airfares.
• Strong working knowledge of a GDS, Amadeus preferred.
• Understanding of fares, rules, ticketing procedures, reissues, and refunds.
• Knowledge of Excel.

Flights Executive

This is an opportunity for a detail-focussed individual to play a key role in supporting the flight operations team at this award-winning tour operator. The ideal candidate will bring Amadeus experience, and an understanding of flight consolidators, fare construction, ticket reissues, and refunds. 30-35K dependent upon experience. Office-based in North London, 9am -6pm Monday to Friday.

Flights Executive Role and Responsibilities

• Support Travel Consultant team with all Flight Operations
• Manage air reservations, schedule changes, reissues.
• Liaise with airlines, direct clients and travel agents
• Process ticketing, reissue, and refund requests

Flights Executive Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in flight reservations, ticketing and airfares.
