Job summary

Menska Ltd is seeking a Flight Operations Specialist to support private aviation operations from London, with office Mon–Thu and Friday work-from-home.

You will coordinate international jet movements, prepare briefs, monitor schedules and liaise with airports, operators and ground handlers to ensure smooth flight execution. UK right to work required; aviation experience is helpful but not essential.

Our client is a fast-growing international private aviation business with operations across the UK, North America and the Middle East.

The role

This is your chance to get behind the scenes of private aviation, coordinating international jet movements and making sure every detail runs smoothly from booking through to touchdown.

Prepare flight briefs and operational information

Monitor flights, delays and schedule changes

Liaise with operators, airports, FBOs and ground handlers

Arrange catering, chauffeurs and ancillary services

Support brokers throughout live trips

Resolve day-of-flight operational issues

Maintain accurate trip and CRM information
