White Raven Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations & Scheduling Manager to lead a combined function within a safety-critical aviation training environment in Shawbury, United Kingdom. The role focuses on delivering safe, accurate daily training schedules while overseeing a broad range of operational support activities.

The successful candidate will manage operational risk, optimise resource utilization and lead a team supporting a complex flying training programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex planning and scheduling in dynamic environments.
• Experience in aviation operations (military or civilian).
• Proven leadership with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Operations & Scheduling team, providing direction, coaching and performance management.
• Lead daily planning coordination with operational partners to validate future training programmes.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with aviation standards and quality systems.
• Build strong relationships with instructors, operational teams and external stakeholders.
