Job summary

Ascent Flight Training (Management) Ltd is seeking a Delivery Assurance and Change Lead to provide governance, assurance and control across BFT and Fast Jet Training at RAF Valley. You will enable informed decisions by delivering structured, timely SQCDPE reporting and integrated schedules.

The role requires a strong background in delivery assurance, governance and change management, with the ability to engage senior military, customer and industry stakeholders and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Strong background in delivery assurance, governance, operational planning, and performance reporting.
Experience introducing structure and control into delivery environments with a practical focus on outcomes.
Ability to translate complex information into concise management insight and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a governance, assurance and control framework for delivery and change.
Provide SQCDPE (safety, quality, cost, delivery, people, environment) reporting based on objective data.
Establish governance arrangements to support delivery and decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement in planning, control, reporting and assurance disciplines.
Build delivery assurance capability across the business unit and share best practices.
Facilitate governance forums and performance discussions with stakeholder accountability.
