Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CTA/ATT with demonstrable experience at Manager level or above.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities across a team of tax specialists.
• Ability to develop business plans and generate fee opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support Partners and Directors by coaching and developing a team of tax specialists.
• Implement business plans and generate new business opportunities.
• Build internal and external networks to generate fee-winning opportunities.
• Act as lead on assignments or support senior leadership with delivery.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
