Grant Thornton UK is seeking an Associate Director in Transfer Pricing to lead a team of tax specialists, support Partners in business development, and manage client relationships. You will drive coaching and development, contribute to proposals and pitches, and help the firm expand its advisory footprint with collaborators across the network.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CTA/ATT with demonstrable experience at Manager level or above.
• Ability to lead and coach a high-calibre team to deliver on objectives.
• Proven ability to generate fee opportunities and support on pitches.

Responsibilities

• Support Partners/Directors by coaching and developing the tax team to meet objectives.
• Implement business plans and generate new business opportunities for the firm.
• Build internal and external networks to create fee opportunities and support pitches.
