Job summary

Grant Thornton UK in Milton Keynes is seeking an Associate Director to lead transfer pricing engagements for private, mid-market and large clients. You will coach and develop a team, build client relationships and help win new work.

The role requires ACA/CTA/ATT qualification with experience at manager level or above, strong commercial and analytical skills, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• ACA/CTA/ATT qualifications are required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with client focus.
• Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality transfer pricing work.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for supporting Partners and Directors by managing and developing a team of tax specialists.
• Support Directors and Partners by implementing business plans and generating new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a focused internal and external network to generate fee opportunities and support pitches.
• Act as lead on assignments where appropriate, or support the Director/Partner in leading this role.
• Manage and deliver a portfolio of client relationships with strong client service, under guidance.
