Marlborough Highways Ltd is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team at our Chelmsford HQ. The role focuses on coordinating and supporting training, maintaining records and ensuring staff and subcontractors have the required qualifications and certifications.

You will manage training bookings, monitor expiry dates, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of training processes and funding opportunities, working with internal teams and external

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Confident communication with employees, managers and external providers.
• Attention to detail in checking qualifications, certificates and compliance docs.
• Good IT skills including Excel, Outlook and training records systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training matrix for direct and sub-contractor staff.
• Manage in-house training bookings for L&D, including compliance and development.
• Notify supervisors of expiring tickets and schedule refresher training.
• Create joining instructions and liaise with providers for various training requirements.
• Support training audits and improve training processes and systems.
