Job summary

My Four Wheels, a 5‑star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start a rewarding career with flexible hours.

You’ll train through our Training Academy and learn DVSA Parts 1–3. Lesson rates average around £38/hour, with earnings around £39k/year for 32 hours/week and £50k+ for 40 hours/week, teaching locally within about a 30‑minute

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• DVSA Parts 1–3 training through My Four Wheels Training Academy.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years; no bans in last 5 years; no more than 5 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving to learners, initially as a trainee instructor.
• Deliver lessons with dual-control car options available via partner providers.
