Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide – and due to record learner demand, we're recruiting new Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support.

You'll train through our Training Academy, cover DVSA Parts 1–3, and start earning as you learn. Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour, with earnings around £39k per year for 32 hours per week or £50k+ for 40 hours.

Qualifications

• DVSA requirements: Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive as part of trainee role
• Follow DVSA Parts 1–3 with training and use provided lesson plans and resources
