Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide. We are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support.

Lesson rates typically average around £38 per hour. Earn up to £39k per year working 32 hours/week; 40 hours/week can reach £50,000+. Start training through our academy and learn DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 with structured coaching.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training and ongoing support provided.
• DVSA Parts 1, 2, and 3 training with structured coaching.
• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years and have no more than 5 penalty points.
• No driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners locally within a 30-minute radius (6-8 postcodes).
• Deliver practical lessons under supervision and progress learners through DVSA stages.
• Help learners prepare for DVSA Part 1, 2, and 3 certification.
