Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors, recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No prior experience is required—we provide full training and ongoing support to help you start your new career.

Lesson rates typically around £38/hour, with potential to earn up to £39k annually for 32 hours/week and £50k+ for 40 hours/week. Training academy offers complete program through DVSA Parts 1–3.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trainee driving instruction and coaching.
• Assist learners through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3.
• Work locally across UK regions with flexible hours.
