Job summary

My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors teaching nationwide - and we are recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support.

Training through our Training Academy covers DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with lesson plans and resources. Typical earnings are around £38/hr with potential to £39k+ per year for 32 hours/week or £50k+ for 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver driving instruction to trainee instructors under DVSA framework.
• Use lesson plans and support from Training Academy.
• Help learners progress through DVSA Parts 1-3 with structured coaching.

Skills

Excellent communication

Full UK driving licence (3+ years)

No more than 5 penalty points

No driving bans in last 5 years
