Job summary

My Four Wheels, a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide, is recruiting Trainee Driving Instructors across the UK. No previous experience is required; we provide full training and ongoing support through our Training Academy.

You’ll train toward DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3 with structured coaching and resources to help you qualify with confidence. Earn around £38 per hour with the potential to grow earnings to £39k+ per year at 32 hours/week or £50k+ at 40 hours/week, while

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years
• Have no more than 5 penalty points
• Have no driving bans in the last 5 years

Responsibilities

• Train through the Training Academy and complete DVSA Parts 1–3
• Deliver lessons and coaching as a trainee instructor
• Work toward qualifying with confidence using provided lesson plans and resources
