Job summary

Hoop Recruitment LTD is looking for Teaching Assistants in Swansea for immediate start. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £92.56 with flexible work hours, allowing you to choose a schedule that suits you.

You'll provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils, assist teachers in lesson delivery, and help manage classroom behaviour. Experience working with children and a patient, supportive approach are key requirements. Comprehensive training and support are provided throughout your employment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in a school or care setting.
• A patient, proactive, and supportive approach is essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils.
• Support students across a range of subjects.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Help manage behaviour and maintain a focused learning environment.
• Support pupil progress, confidence, and wellbeing.
