Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting Primary Education Support Assistants to work in primary schools across Swansea and the surrounding areas. You will support learning, development and wellbeing, with a mix of 1:1 pupil support, small-group activities and general classroom duties.

You'll help children access lessons, break learning into manageable steps and provide feedback to teaching staff. Additional Learning Needs and safeguarding are part of the role, with free CPD and training.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 pupil support and small-group activities.
• General classroom duties to support learning.

• Support ALN pupils and safeguarding procedures.
