Job summary

Hoop Education in South Wales is seeking experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistants to support pupils with ALN across Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot. You will deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group ALN support, assist with lesson planning, create a safe, engaging learning environment and monitor pupil progress.

Roles offer long-term or permanent options with competitive daily pay (£100-£110), plus free CPD courses and recognition through the Candidate of the Month scheme.

Qualifications

• Level 6 TA qualification or HLTA status (essential).
• Experience supporting pupils with ALN.
• Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Locations: Swansea | Neath | Port Talbot Pay: £100-110 per day Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
