Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Chelmsford and Essex. Flexible working across primary, secondary and early years settings can be arranged to fit around your life while making a real difference in the classroom.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assist teachers with lesson delivery, and help create calm, structured, and positive environments. This is a flexible, weekly-pay role with opportunities across multiple schools.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people; school-based experience ideal but not essential.
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support welcome.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.
• Genuine passion for helping young people to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
