Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Chelmsford and Essex. You can choose days that fit your availability, working in primary, secondary and early years settings to gain varied classroom experience.

Roles include 1:1 or small group support, assisting with lesson delivery, and maintaining calm, structure and positivity in busy classrooms. Open to flexible, long-term or short-term placements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in a school setting preferred.
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality.
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required.
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day.
